The girls’ varsity soccer team easily continued its winning streak this Thursday, leaving the O’Connell Boilermakers helpless in a 5-0 victory. Junior forward Alejandra Sanchez led the offense once again with three goals.

The girls also destroyed the Washington Eagles 6-0 on Tuesday. The two undefeated league leaders fought head-to-head in one of their biggest games of the season. The Cardinals dominated the field and flew past Wash defenders with ruthless efficiency leaving the Eagles too stunned to score. Sanchez was on fire, scoring four goals in the game to keep the Cardinals at the top of the Heinline Division.

Come support Lowell at 4 p.m. next Tuesday at Balboa as they take on the Balboa Buccaneers.
