This oddball flick was obviously designed to be thought-provoking, but raises all the wrong questions: Why are three kids from Brooklyn stealing tourists’ cameras and then splicing the footage together? Why is that girl always wearing skates?
If you want to search for the answers in the 84-minute intricate plot, or enjoy crazy old people and the color blue, this movie is for you. Just be prepared to walk out asking yourself, “What was that?”
