What do kleptomaniacs, artcurators, ex-cons, born-again Christians, sufferers of bipolar disorder andKoreans have in common? They are all terms used to describe graffiti artist andself-proclaimed “man-boy” David Choe.
Though not professionally filmed oredited, Dirty Hands captures theartist’s rebellious nature perfectly. Choe’s inability to be confined and needto “create art for people who don’t give a f*** about art” are depicted sorealistically — as if created with his own dirty hands. |
