I’m the type of person who decides exactly what I want to be for Halloween three months in advance, but then puts together a hasty costume the night before. I wasn’t always this way, though.
Lifting weights pushes you both mentally and physically. As a baseball player, I’ve never been entirely dedicated to putting in the extra time to work out even though I know it could improve my performance.
